I cannot register Intel® Cluster Studio XE and get the license file

Hi,

I have purchased a 30 day trial of the Intel Cluster Studio XE. I received an email with the serial number and I created a user profile in order to register it and then retrieve the license file. The problem is when I try to register it, it says that the product is already registered on this account. When I check my account there are no products there. What can I do to fix this?

In the meantime I tried to create a different acount and it failed there as well. I guess I am going to abandon that now. What was the issue? (If I may ask)

Hello Apostols,

The problem was about no loginid binded with your account. Now this should be ok after you re-registered.
