One of my Intel softwar purchases - Intel® Fortran Composer XE for OS X does not appear on my registration centre account list, though a number of others do.
The offficial advice is on the page entitled "Where to submit download, registration, or licensing issues" to submit this as an issue via Premier supprt, but when I attempt that I receive a message
Not Authorized to Access
You do not currently have access to the requested site.
Therefore I am attempting to submit the issue here. Please will somebody from Intel help me to fix this registration so that I may access updates to the product I paid for.
