/fpp option causes BADDEBUG error

/fpp option causes BADDEBUG error

When setting the'Use FPP' option to parse preprocessor directives (e.g. #IFDEF, #ELSE & #ENDIF) in a fortran DLL I get the following error:

Compiling Fortran...
** error BADDEBUG: Unknown debug option '-dll'.
dlltest.i
Linking...
dlltest.dll - 1 error(s), 0 warning(s)

The preprocessor directives work correctly in a Fortran program. I am using Compaq Visual Fortran 6.1.

Does anybody have experience of this problem?

Thanks,
Graeme
