If I try to change to a fullscreen video mode that doesn't match the native resolution, how will MeeGo devices handle it? Will they letterbox it to preserve aspect ratio, or will 800x600 wind up stretched grotesquely to cover an entire 1024x600 physical screen? Or will they reject the resolution change entirely? (Or is this going to vary from device to device?) My current projects are ports of native 800x600, 1024x768, and 640x480 games; the engine will attempt to downscale to fit in the screen if the computer doesn't support the preferred resolution, but obviously that doesn't help if the driver reports that 1024x768 is available and then squishes or silently crops the displayed image. Also, what is the native colour depth of MeeGo devices? Do they support 32-bit color depth?
