NDIS 5, Centrino 3945ABG Chipset, Promiscous Mode, Undocumented API

I'm looking for information regarding putting a Centrino 3945ABG chipset into native 802.11 promiscous mode in NDIS in order to do raw packet capture. An application called OmniPeek by WildPackets is able to capture raw 802.11 packets using the NDIS 5.0 interface, but it appears it is being done using a series of undocumented NDIS OID's. Can this undocumented API be made available to our company for inclusion into our software.
