here If I represent this input as char[16]
what will be char[0] 1B or 70?

The first byte of the input Source is 0x70, the second is 0x30, and so
on. When converted to a DWORD the source input first DWORD is
0xB7273070.

After converting 4 bytes to word 70 will be least significant byte, right ?
