Account locked

I've been attempting to login to the Registration Center to access an upgrade to my Fortran compiler. Wendy Doerner (Intel) says she has made available an upgrade from 11.0.072. I'm getting the message that my account is locked, and I should contact customer services, but no advice is provided about how to do this, and I haven't been able to find any useful info. Can someome help?

I haven't heard anything from Intel about this. I suspect that I have become an un-person at Intel.

Sorry for my late response.

Locks can occur if someone repeatedly fails to log in. Three failures may lock your account for 30 minutes.

So you have a try again after 30 minutes. If you still cannot login with your account, please let me know if there're other problems.
