Frame Count after SetTimePosition

Is there any way to establish the frame count after using SetTimePosition?

I am displaying multiple concurrent video streams, and need to synchronize them, especially on playback pause or stop.

Can the value returned by UMC::VideoData.GetTime() be multiplied by UMC::VideoStreamInfo.framerate to derive the frame count? How accurate is that result?
