But I can't watch .cmp file which is encode created.

Hello, .CMP file is just raw video stream. You should be able to display it with simple_player application from IPP media sample or with MPEG4 reference decoder

Hi,thanks

Could you tell me where i can download the simple_player application from IPP media sample?

You need to register for IPP for IXP 42x processors and after that you can download media sample. You also can try to play CMP files with VLC player or any other player which is able to play raw MPEG4 bitstreams.
