Hello,

You can use MFC to design the user interface. QT itself is not supported by us but if you supply all runtime files with your application it can pass validation.

Video streaming has nothing to do with the SDK of the Intel® Atom™ Developer Program. I recommend you download the SDK and study the documentation to understand what you need to do, it's actually quite easy to implement our requirements.

Hey
thanks for reply and link
What about directx , openGL and networking (socket programming ) << will atom based netbook will support them ?

Hello,

we support these OS on a Netbook: Windows 7 Starter and Windows XP SP3.
If you need special libraries not included by default on these OS, you need to include them with your application.

Many developers are already using DirectX in their validated submissions. So long as it is included in your MSI and conforms to the Validation Guidelines there should be no problem. My advice would be to take into consideration the reduced resources your application will be running on. There are a few good blog posts regarding Intel GMA and Writing efficient code for the netbook platform.
