I just migrated from windows to linux, so facing some problems.

I've been using Netbeans for five years. Its is a very sophisticated IDE, and FREE! It has a GUI designer and is capable of professional mobile, desktop, and enterprise development.

Netbean !

I use eclipse. I like it because it can use it for all of my develop needs. I have android, c++, pydev, etc.., on it. The downside is that it doesn't juggle all those things well sometimes. The interface is a little difficult to learn too. Once you learn though, you can develop on any platform with it. I guess its major advantage is just its flexibility.
