Did not receive license file

Recently I registered a product my company purchased.  I accidently used my company's internal e-mail address instead of my external address. Consequently I never received the license file.  I have since opened an account with Intel and successfully regestered two other producs my company purchased.   What I need is to get the license file I mis-registered associated with my Intel account so I can re-sent the license file.  I have both the serial number and the incorrect e-mail address that was used to register it. Can provide once this thread is made private.
