Incident Notification - all web service calls

Calls through our web service gateway may experience timeouts.  The issue first started at 9:18am and was resolved at 9:31am Pacific.  This issue reappeared though at 4:30pm and continues intermittently.  We are actively working on this issue and will update once it is resolved.

At this point 2 hours has passed without an outage detected from our monitoring.  Team is still working to resolve actual root cause of issue and will continue working this issue.  It is possible that problems could occur again and team is observing the situation and will be driving fix of the source of failure.
