After install nct6775 driver, I still can't control the fan speed.

The default fan speed is set to maximum about 5700rpm. It's too high. How can I slow it down?

Fan speed is controlled by BIOS, so you can not control it only if re-edit the BIOS.--------JWIPC

Does it mean that the fan is designed to be running at the maximum speed all time and can hold on 24 x 7 hours?

You can use NCT5532D driver to control the fan speed that does not mean the fan work on full speed all the time.-------JWIPC

I can't slow down the fan by writing any value to pwm1 like

#echo 100 > /sys/class/hwmon/hwmon1/device/pwm1

Do you know why?

Fan control pins are showed as attachment.

PWM---------CFAN_OUT

TACH---------CFAN_IN
