Where should we report problems related to ideacentre AIO device, if device received with faulty hardware?
I would suggest you contact Lenovo.
yes i had that option, but contacting Lenovo directly is not better option. in case of repair or replace i should contact Intel.
and problem is that i am not having any central contact details at where i can report problem and get solution.
well thank you David for providing suggestion.
In that case do you get it from Intel with Premier support when you were sent the UltraBook? If so, that is the route to report faults.
If its a physical damage contact Lenovo...i mean a kind of damage covered by Lenovo's policies. But if a specific intl part is damaged note down its number and contact Intel for assistance. They will be more than willing to help.
Thanks Harsh P, David,
Actually, Dice hardware is not working since i have received. i will contact Lenovo support than.
Well, I did mailed problem to Lenovo support and they are asking for Invoice of device.
I do have commercial Invoice but they needed "Scan copy of invoice with dealer’s stamp".
it would be helpful if someone know whom should i contact ? via mail or any link !
How did you get the Ideacenter originally? Did you buy it or receive it from Intel directly?
received by Intel,
