Help, Appup Center Client 's account locked.

After reinstall Appup Center Beta, The appup center client says I reached the maximum number of devices. But I am still on the same computer and the same OS. Please help. my account name is : xxxxxxxx

I think I should try not to re-install appup client ASAP to avoid that might happen again.
