Capturing a Frame from the Command Line

To capture a frame from the command line, run:

gpa_console_client -c frame -an <application-name> [-n <frame-number>]

where:

-c frame,
--capturetype frame
Captures a frame for the selected  application.
-an <application-name>,
--app_name <application-name>
Specifies the application name, or the name of the specific package/activity you want to  analyze.
-n <frame-number>,
--framenumber <frame-number>
Optional. Specifies the number of frames to skip before capturing a frame.

Example

gpa_console_client -c frame -an “Angry Birds HD” -n 3

In this example, Intel® GPA captures a frame of the Angry Birds HD application on the connected target device after skipping three frames.
