FLASH "OPEN CONFIGURATION"

Open configuration file.

Syntax

FLASH "OPEN CONFIGURATION 'filename'"

Parameters

filename

The name of a configuration file. Filenames can be specified with relative or absolute pathnames. If filename has no extension, the default extension fcf is assumed.

Description

The command FLASH "OPEN CONFIGURATION opens a configuration file with the specified name filename.

If the given file is not in the default folder, it is copied there. If there is already a file with the same name, the file in the default folder is renamed to boardname_filename.fcf; if a file with the name boardname_filename.fcf already exists, the file in the default folder is renamed to boardname.fcf. If boardname.fcf exists already, it is overwritten.

The configuration file is opened from the default folder with the FLASH "SELECT /BOARD" command.

Example

FLASH "OPEN CONFIGURATION 'c:/myworkdir/flash/configs/binary.fcf'"

This opens the configuration file binary.fcf.
