Haswell Quicksync SDK target usage

We have three different target usage in the SDK: QUALITY, BALANCED, BEST_SPEED

There are different reports from Intel and reviewers who claim that Haswell supports now seven different presets. Here one claim:

For example previous versions of Quick Sync exposed three pre-defined blends of performance and quality that Intel calls target usages. This time around, there are seven.

I see only 3 targets in the SDK. Do I miss something?

The Intel MediaSDK has always provided all 7 levels of control.  Intel 4th Generation Core products add hardware support for each level, while previous platforms made adjustments using software within the Media SDK library.  This is why the 7 values are listed as a new hardware feature.

The enumerations of MFX_TARGETUSAGE_BEST_QUALITY, MFX_TARGETUSAGE_BALANCED, and MFX_TARGETUSAGE_BEST_SPEED are just 3 of the 7 values that can be used on any MediaSDK implementation.
