ifort: command line error: no files specified; for help type "ifort -help"

 

I am trying to compile a Fortran code (in this case WRF model 3.6.1.), but in spite of having called the intel compiler in .bashrc, with these lines:

export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/share/apps/intel2015/lib/intel64:${LD_LIBRARY_PATH}
source /share/apps/intel2015/impi/5.0.3.048/bin64/mpivars.sh
source /share/apps/intel2015/bin/ifortvars.sh intel64

I am getting various errors during compilation. The first errors are these ones:
