I am trying to compute the solution to the Laplace differential equation using a 2D FFT and MKL.
ICC hangs on scipy 0.19.0 compilation of scipy/special/cython_special.c for 32 bit linux. Works fine on 64 bit linux, and 32 bit with gcc. The process just hangs and won't proceed.
I am doing a benchmark about vectorization on MacOS with the following processor i7 :

I compiler numpy with MKL, everything is ok. But I come across a peculiar question. I have three case:

I installed Intel MKL and I want to check my installation. I did not find mklvars.bat so I could not set Environment Variables.
