Visual Studio 2015 RC not recognised

I am running Windows 10 Enterprise 64bit preview. INDE will not recognize Visual Studio 2015 RC. What can I do?

Video Conference setup on h264 decoder has huge latency

Hi,

I am trying to use MSDK HW h264 decoder for video conference usage on win32 platform. I tried to use MFXVideoDECODE::DecodeFrameAsync interface to do the job.
