connection realsense with lattepanda

I connected realsense with lattepanda. and I want to operate Object Recognition in SDK. but it doesn't operate. the error message is " failed to pair OR module with I/O" How do I do?

random disconnections between SR300 and NUC10

for few days i saw disconnections in my app . at the start with the old nuc & F200 camera , all worked great for full year. i am suspicious about 2 things:
