No AVX-512 support?

It seems that MKL fails to use AVX-512 ISA on my system:

OS: CentOS 7 with Kernel 4.10 CPU (from /proc/cpuinfo): Intel(R) Xeon Phi(TM) CPU 7250 @ 1.40GHz with 272 logic processors
