Hi seeing in binaries I found references to llvm.mic instructions so is clear xeon Phi (MIC) support in OpenCL will be trough a LLVM MIC backend..
I'm using i5-3570k and OpenCL SDK 2013 Beta. While testing I noticed a failed test in CLBenchmark 1.1.1. Vision: Optical Flow on both CPU and GPU.
How do you disable auto-vectorization?
Does anyone have experience to share using the Intel OpenCL SDK on HPC Clusters?
Here are two motivations for my question:
I have a QX9650 extreme but not 'supported. I have already 'tried it myself with little success and I wonder if' supported.
I have a QX9650 extreme but not 'supported. Wonder if I activate the support opencl 1.2 for those processors. Thanks for the reply.
When OpenCL programs are run with optirun, Intel ICD crashes in (at least) the clGetPlatformInfo function when querying for CL_PLATFORM_EXTENSIONS, and the clGetDeviceIDs function returns CL_DEVICE_NOT_FOUND.
