I know Assembly Language for the Pentium processors and I was wondering how different the AL was for the Centrino Duo processors, and if anybody could show me a good place to learn it.
I am using FFT routines, and I notice that these run much slower on my laptop (Centrino T7500) than on my hyperthreading desktop. Is this expected? If so, why? Thanks in advance.
this is my first post, I hope it is the right place.
First of all, I want to apologize if my post is in the wrong section. I did my best!
I have no clue if I'm in right spot. I work for JHU Applied physics lab, and my current project is looking at the centrino wireless capabilties.
We're looking for the proper programmatic way to detect a "Radio off" (HW button) condition for Centrino WLANs (Intel Pro/Wireless).
