Core Transform Functions

The core transform is a nonlinear 4x4 transform operation inspired by a 4x4 DCT. In integer space it is involutary lossless operation, that is original image can be restored with no losses by the inverse operation from its transformed copy. The entire 4x4 core transform process consists of cascade of 2x2 Hadamard 2D transforms combined with 1D and 2D rotate operations.
