I am not able to download 64bit linux version, the link is broken. Could anyone point me to the correct link.
As an exercises I am trying to implement a Bitonic sorter with CnC.
My (naive) implementation use one item, tag, and step collection for the sort part, and one item, tag, and step collection for the merge part.
For both merge and sort the tag are composed of lowIndex, delta and direction. (lowIndex and lowIndex + delta are the indexes of the interval of the vector to sort/merge; direction can be ascending and descending)
Hi, I've been trying to get CNC to work on sockets using the script that's provided but the lack of documentation to get it to work just doesn't help. I use a CentOS machine with name etas333-0X-git.host.ualr.edu with X being any number from 1-8. I know it says to change the number of clients and my_host names but that don't help if I'm using multiple clients. I know I'm doing something wrong. Can anyone give an example and the command to run it! Thanks! This is the first time this school is using DistCNC
I am having some trouble to install Cnc on Ubuntu 13.10.
I have download the package that include tbb, extract it, run
source cncvars.sh( and CNCROOT is properly set in my env), but I still can't run make on the samples.
It says that either I don't have the permission or (if I run
sudo make) that the variables are not set.
Check out the new Version 0.9 of Intel(R) Concurrent Collections for C++.
What's new in version 0.9?

Is there a LLVM / Clang port of this?
I use the Intel C++ compiler icpc, I have some problems with the following operations.
I made the compilation:
icpc -c matrix.cpp matrix.h
I got the object file matrix.o
I then made the compilation:
icpc -c main.cpp matrix.h
I got the object file main.o
I try to make these two files together to make the executable file by the following operation:
icpc main.o matrix.o -o main
I am using intel mpirun to run the distributed programs I observe the following strange behavior, I run a starpu distributed code on the cluster and it runs totally fine. I run a cnc distributed code I get infiniband errors.
This command runs fine
mpirun -n 8 -ppn 1 -hostfile ~/hosts -genv I_MPI_DEBUG 5 ./dist_floyd_starpu.exe -n 10 -b 1 -starpu_dist
This command generates spew
mpirun -n 8 -ppn 1 -hostfile ~/hosts -genv I_MPI_DEBUG 5 -genv DIST_CNC=MPI ./dist_floyd_cnc.exe -n 10 -b 1 -cnc_dist
