Hello, i have bought renewal licenses for IPP for linux and windows 2/3 weeks ago and i have been trying to access premier support site since then. I get the following error message (the html page does not show the images though, so there might be some other problem as well)

I even sent a few emails to the above email address but got no reply.any ideas?thanks
