How to use the Intel® Cluster Checker v3 SDK with gcc5

When compiling connector extensions in the Intel® Cluster Checker v3 SDK it is recommended to use an Intel compiler version 15.0 or newer and a gcc/g++ compiler version 4.9.0 or newer, as described in the Intel® Cluster Checker developer's Guide.
