Why can ERESUME fail while EENTER succeed?

It is mentioned that ERESUME will fail if the XSAVE area is not consistent with XFRM. 

However, how can this happen when EENTER will change the XCR0 to XFRM?

reordering a vector

I have a vector, REAL(4)::V(1000). Say that the largest one happens to be V(123). I need to re-order the values so that V begins with the largest, i.e. Vnew(1) = Vold(123)

Unable to compile for coprocessor on native mode due to issues with custom library linking

I am successfully able to compile and execute my code on Xeon, but when I try to compile it for executing on a co-processor (natively by adding a -mmic flag), I get the following error:
