Depending on who you talk to, Twitter is the best thing since sliced bread, or, it’s a useless social media fad full of marketing spam. The reality is that Twitter fits somewhere between those two extremes. It’s a fantastic way to communicate with people all over the world in real time, and it can yield a surprising amount of incredibly useful information.
