So, where exactly are the steps for registering, activating, and unlocking Visual Fortran Compiler XE on a computer that does NOT have an Internet connection???
I was using Parallel Studio 1 and I download the update 3. I start installing the update 3 but I got power failure, the installation has been cut in the middle. I than tried to uninstall it using (Add/Remove program) but it wasn't here. I tried to start the setup again but I got the following error :
Install detected conflicts on the system
An older version of Intel Inspector XE 2013 is already installed. The currently installed will be automatically removed prior to installing Intel Inspector XE 2013 Update 5.
I'm using Microsoft Visual Sutdio 2008 to developp a C++ application and I'm using Intel XE Parallel studio to do memory profiling (with Inspector). I would like to do static analysis ( as explained here : http://software.intel.com/sites/products/documentation/doclib/stdxe/2013... ). There the documentation says:
I am using Intel Parallel Studio XE 2013. In VS2012. I am creating some basic code to use Intel TBB.
However I am getting some basic errors-
(1) Error- cannot open source file iostream.h - Statement= #include <iostream.h>
(2) String *StringValue - Error:Identifier String is undefined.
How do I solve above errors. In VS I have activated Intel Compiler using options Project-> Intel Composer XE 2013-> Use Intel C++
(3) How do I use Intel TBB library in my project above?
I've just installed Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 Preview on Windows 7, and then I ran the Parallel Studio XE 2013 installer. The installer does not find Visual Studio 2013. Is there a way of getting Parallel Studio XE 2013 to work with Visual Studio 2013 Preview at them moment?
My team has developed a .dll using Intel Parallel Studio XE for use in a larger application developed in Visual Studio 2012 (vb.net). When attempting to run the program on TWO machines, both distinct from the development machine, upon making a call to the .dll we receive the error provided in the Subject. Thinking that google would be my friend, I searched for the error, finding that most people who have experienced this issue have found that setting the application to target an x86 processor rather than "Any" or x64 resolved the issue. This is not the case for our team.
Today I uninstalled the Beta release of w_fcompxe_novsshell_2013_sp1_beta.0.068
And reinstalled: parallel_studio_xe_2011_sp1_update2_setup + w_fcompxe_2011.10.325
VS 2010 integration of IFV is now missing.
i.e. all my projects now will not load.
Please offer suggestion.
P.S. Reinstallation only offered Modify, Repair, Remove
IOW no fresh install.
I am dead in the water for the time being.
I have installed Visual Studio 2012 with Update 3, and Visual Studio 2010 (in that order).
During the installation of Intel Parallel Studio 2013 2013, the only integration option enabled is Visual Studio 2010. It says "Cannot integrate with Visual Studio 2012 because it is not installed."
We are trying to decide about the type of license to buy for Parallel Studio / C++ Studio.
We need to know the following: If we have a floating license, and C++ Studio incorporated into Microsoft Visual Studio, then will the floating license be checked out when someone with it starts Visual Studio, or is it only checked out and returned if a user runs one of the intel tools from in Visual Studio?

I've requested the License of Intel® Parallel Studio XE for Linux but all I get is just the Key, not file. How can I get the file to activate my product
