problem with ifort v12.1.0 and OMP

Dear all,

I have problem with ifort version 12.1.0 and OMP. OMP people

to contact ifort experts. So here I am. The following code
is compiled with ifort:

program Colleau_algorithm

!$ use OMP_LIB

implicit none

INTEGER :: i, j, k, l, m, n, io, numAnim, ierr, jerr,

REAL(8), DIMENSION(:,:), ALLOCATABLE :: A, Ainv, T, Tinv,

REAL(8), DIMENSION(:), ALLOCATABLE :: D, Dinv, Sol, Rhs, r,
v, s, w, y, x

Cannot open include ' mpif.f'

Installing the program Dalton2011 with Openmpi-1.4.3 I got the message

Cannot open include file 'mpif.h' - It sems a typical compilation problem.

Openmpi was compiled as follows:
FFLAGS=-i8 FCFLAGS=-i8 ./configure --prefix=/usr/local/openmpi-1.4.3 FC=ifort F77=ifort
No error was printed out and 'missing file' is available in /usr/local/openmpi.../include.

When I try to compile Dalton to generate the Makafile.config I use ./configure -linux and a sequence of Yes/No options are presented. Nothing can be typed at this point.
