What's the interest in adding more on-line training mini-courses

You may be unaware that the Intel Software College also supports on-line courses for developer training: http://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/developer-training
as well asdeveloping content for the academic community.

As part of Intel'sgoing plan to educate and promote parallel and visual computing we are seeking feedback on what on-line topics would be of interest to this community, as we feel there may be an overlap with the developer community.

Typically the courses we put together for the developer community are complete mini-courses, with interspersed knowledge checks (mini-quizzes) and lab or homeworkassignments. Rather than just a PowerPoint presentationwith notes for this community.

We want to get your feedback if complete mini-classes on parallel computing and visual computing would provide value to this community, and if so what topics would be useful, e.g. OpenMP, Threading Building Blocks or even an Introduction to parallel computing.

Yes, Complete mini classes or even video tutorials added to the online course on Parallel Computing with OpenMP and MPI and other topics would certainly add value to this community.

I like the topics about windows programming using threads.

Thanks for all
