Error: A license for CCompL could not be obtained

I am revisiting code that I wrote on the Manycore Testing Lab a few months ago and am no longer able to compile it. The error I am getting is as follows:

Error: A license for CCompL could not be obtained
Your license is not current enough to allow you to use this
newer version of our software. Usually this occurs because
your support services license expired before we created this
version. You will need to purchase a new license.

Thanks, Anne

I'm also facing the similar issue. I get the following error when I try to compile. Please let me know how to resolve this issue.

1>------ Build started: Project: threadrunner (Intel C++ 13.0), Configuration: Release_Win7 x64 ------

1>  Error: A license for CCompW could not be obtained (-1,359,2).

1>  Is your license file in the right location and readable?

1>  The location of your license file should be specified via
