Streaming H264 over network and decoding with gstreamer real time

Hi. 

I'm having issues with streaming h264 streams over the network and playing them using gstreamer. My player side is a java application hence i have to use gstreamer. 

What i'm able to do is encoding h264 streams and writing to a file and playing them using gstreamer. However, when i stream the encoded h264 bit streams over the network and try to use gstreamer appsrc to read them, i failed to get a play back on gstreamer side.

the problem of eigenvalues&eigenvectors of sparse matrix.

If  I just want to get smallest eigenvalues and its' eigenvectorsj(0<=j<=n) from a sparse matrix(n*n),'cause the dimension of matrix is too large to calculate all the eigenvalues&eigenvectors at the same time(memory limited) and the smallest j is meet the need, Which funciton should I use?(Matrix store as CSC or CSR format)

Is there any advantage to use malloc under 64 compared to win32 ?

I hope this is the right forum. I have a C++ program that is relatively memory hungry but works fine and is stable under linux 64. When I try to run under Win32, I often get a failure of malloc (cannot allocate memory segment). I must admit that I allocate large blocks ( 50 MB) but, again, it works in Linux.

    Hello,

    I am trying to gather some system-wide hardware counters for my application, X seconds after it has started, over a period of Y seconds. I am using the following command line:

    amplxe-cl --collect my_custom_conf -target-duration-type=veryshort -duration 30 -no-auto-finalize -no-summary -data-limit=0 -resume-after=20000

    and I expect the collection to start after 20s and last for 30s.
