Problem with Java multithreaded bubble sort algorithm

Hi

I decided to create a new thread solely for the purpose of getting an answer from someone experienced in Java multithreading and/or multithreaded sorting algorithm optimization.

Some time ago I wrote simple multithreaded version of bubble sort algorithm in order to  measure speed of execution as a function of data set size and number of  spawned worker threads.

The results obtained from averaging hundreds of program runs were  partially expected. The best result was achieved with the 4 spawned threads thus matching number of cores available.

Is Intel COMPLETELY ignoring ALL feedback from IDZ users?

Here are my questions:

Is Intel COMPLETELY ignoring ALL feedback from IDZ users?

Why did you ask for the feedback if you don't want to fix issues and problems with IDZ web-site?

We were asked to provide a feedback but unfortunately all our proposals are kept in some bug tracking system and not resolved for ~3 months and it is counting.

Hmm...will there be an H100 from Intel ?

Hey Intel and hey community. I'm not so active in forum, getting here rarely, so maybe i missed this topic which i'm going to discuss or ask. Will or maybe when, Intel is going to make and release H100 liquid cooling system ? I really like H80, it's cool with LED around and having it as liquid, i don't like Corsair, but i'm struggling between H80 from Intel and H100 from Corsair which i don't like, it's better in cooling, but i don't like it, it's too regular, simple and tubes are not so convincing me about safety.

A downloading problem with a new version of 'Intel 64 and IA-32 Architectures Optimization Manual'

Hi everybody,

There is a strange downloading problem with a new version of 'Intel 64 and IA-32 Architectures Optimization Manual' at:

http://www.intel.com/content/dam/doc/manual/64-ia-32-architectures-optim...

A process of downloading of the manual stops (!) when ~6.64MB out of 6.91MB is downloaded. I tried to download the document a couple of times without success.

Best regards,
Sergey

A problem with a left-arrow character in the editor - When is it going to be fixed?

I'd like to reitereate and a problem with a left-arrow character in the editor still Not Fixed. When is it going to be fixed?

Please take a look at a thread:

Forum topic: Incompatibility between Visual C++ and Intel C++ regarding the long double type
Wb-link: software.intel.com/en-us/forums/topic/333877

And this is how I was forced to use it:

>>...
>>cout [left-arrow-left-arrow] sizeof(long double) [left-arrow-left-arrow] endl;
>>...

Best regards,
Sergey

IDZ 'View points transactions' functionality looks like useless

IDZ 'View points transactions' functionality looks like useless and I don't know if somebody uses it. In case of removal this is a 'Low Priority' task.
