Acceptance of Site Use Terms

In addition to the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy  and the Intel® Software Partner and Intel® Black Belt Software Developer conditions the following terms govern your use of this site. By your use of the site, downloading of any materials from this site, or the posting or other transmission of communications to this site, you agree to these additional terms as Intel® Developer Zone Member. If you do not agree, do not use this site.

By submitting contributions to the site, you are granting Intel and its affiliated companies a worldwide, non- exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, unconditional, fully paid-up license to publish your name or alias in connection with this site and your contributions.

Intel reserves the right to monitor, restrict access to, edit or remove any materials or content that is available at, linked or posted to this Web site. Intel may, without notice, remove, modify, suspend or terminate the Web site and any related programs.

In addition to the violations described in the Terms of Use, in no event will you collect information about others, including e-mail addresses or other personal information.

By submitting organization or software product name and content you, your organization or the owner(s) of such company, product names and content will become eligible for levels of membership and be referred to by Intel as an Intel® Software Partner Member. You may only submit organization or software product names and content if you are an authorized representative of your organization or otherwise own all rights and title to the organization name, software product and content. The use of the word “partner” herein, shall not be deemed to nor is it intended to create a partnership, agency, distribution, joint venture or other similar arrangement between the parties, and the employees, agents and representatives of one party shall not be deemed to be employees, agents or representatives of the other. Each party shall be deemed to be an independent contractor and shall have no authority to bind the other party. Neither you nor Intel is authorized to create any obligation, express or implied, on behalf of the other. Without limiting the foregoing, you acknowledge that use of the term “partner” in the name, logos, and in materials does not constitute or imply a legal partnership or fiduciary relationship between the parties.

By registering on the Intel® Developer Zone, you are automatically enrolled as an Intel® Software Partner and Intel® Black Belt Software Developer. The current terms and conditions of the Intel Black Belt Software Developer are located at: You may terminate your account at any time, for any reason, by notifying Intel online at of your desire to terminate. Intel may terminate your account at any time with notice, with or without cause, in Intel’s sole discretion. Upon any termination or, at Intel's discretion, suspension, all rights and licenses granted to you by Intel will cease.

All materials, content or services made available to you by Intel on the site are provided for evaluation purposes only. No license under any intellectual property right of Intel or any third party is provided pursuant to this agreement. To the extent you desire to use any of these materials such usage is subject to any additional agreements. Specifically and in addition to the restrictions set out in the Terms of Use, you may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, and attempt to derive the source code of any security components or any software components of the materials.

You shall not use Intel’s name, logos, or trademarks to market products without Intel’s written permission. All use of Intel’s name, logos or trademarks shall be subject to the applicable then-current Intel trademark license agreement and trademark usage policy and guidelines. In addition to the foregoing, you shall not use code name in connection with any advertising, marketing and/or promotional activities without Intel’s prior written consent. Any unauthorized use of code name shall be at your sole risk.


The implementation and administration of Intel Developer Zone may vary from country to country.

From time to time, Intel may offer resources or services to members. Resources or services may be governed by separate guidelines, rules, or other terms and conditions. The guidelines, rules, or terms and conditions for a particular resource or service shall govern that particular resource or service

Disclaimers. The website, including without limitation, any information, text, graphics, link or other item contained on the website and the products and services provided on or through the website are provided at  no charge for your convenience, with no warranty whatsoever from Intel and its suppliers. Intel disclaims any and all warranties expressed, implied, or otherwise, with respect to the website, and the materials and the services provided on or through the website, including any warranty of merchantability, satisfactory quality, or fitness for a particular purpose or any warranty of noninfringement. In addition, Intel does not warrant the continuous or uninterrupted access to the website or the operation, functionality, or availability of the website, or that the website will be virus free, or that any defects in the website will be corrected.

No Damages. In no event shall Intel or its suppliers have any liability to you for damages of any nature whatsoever, (direct, indirect, special or consequential) including without limitation, lost profits, loss of data, interruption of business, or costs of procurement of substitute goods or services, whether under theory of contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise arising from or associated in any way with the website or your use of the website to purchase components, software or services (or both) from participating Intel authorized Distributors and/or Participating vendors operating on or through the website, even if Intel is advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, and as a consequence some of the above limitations may not apply to you.


  • Relationship: You understand and agree that by becoming an Intel® Developer Zone Member, no legal partnership or agency relationship is created between you and Intel. You agree not to represent otherwise.
  • Ability to Contract: You also certify that you are of the legal age of majority in the jurisdiction in which you reside and at least 18 years of age, and you represent that you are legally permitted to become an Intel® Developer Zone Member.
  • Submissions: By submitting organization or software product names and content to the site you warrant and represent that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to your submission.
  • Not Transferable: You cannot transfer any benefits you may receive from Intel in connection with being an Intel® Developer Zone Member. The Intel ID and password you use to login as a registered developer cannot be shared in any way or with any one
