I have moved this topic to "Whatif Alpha Software" forum; questions regarding Intel Concurrent Collections are usually answered here, so you will probably get the answer faster.

And, check if the following post (which seems related) suggests the solution for you:

Hello karimtawfik,

I apologize for the problem that you are encountering. The issue is that the translator (cnc.exe) was built with VS2005, and has dependencies on VC8 DLLs.

Could you please try the recommendation that Alexey Kukanov listed, which is at http://software.intel.com/en-us/forums/showpost.php?p=61026

If this does NOT work, I can try sending you an updated cnc.exe file that does not contain this problem.

Best regards,
Steve
