1280x800 resolution on Q35 chipset

Inmy company wehave a Epson EMP400-W beamer connected to a pc with a Q35 chipset intel mainboard.
This beamer has a native resolution of 1280x800 pixel. Even with the latest intel graphics driver we aren't able to setup this resolution. The list with the available resolutions contains only resolutions like 1280x720, 1280x768, 1280x960 but not the needed 1280x800.

Is there any way to setup the needed resolution?

Thanks in Advance!
Jens

Can you capture the EDID from the beamer by getting a Diagnostic Report using this method? That will tell us what resolutions your beamer is informing the world it should be sent. There are ways to get the Intel driver to send these resolutions, but it is best if you are using the timings specific to your device, and that is obtained through the EDID.

Hello Aaron!

Thanks for your prompt answer! I dont know if it's for any help to you: if we connect the same beamer to a pc with a Nvidia graphic card we can select and use the 1280x800 resolution without any problems.

This is the EDID from the beamer:

If you can find out the timings the Nvidia (or anyone else) is using for 1280x800 I can help you convert them to something the Intel drivers will comprehend, but I'm not seeinga quick and easy way with the EDID you've provided.
