I have been using the new IPP from Delphi 7 without any issues. The downloads section contains one small sample, and I have been able to convert any headers as needed.

Your Delphi sample code is good but I think it is a great idea to include some simple but general codes for operations like Thresholding, Morphology and etc. I think thresholding sample code is very better than RGBToXYZ conversion! did you see IPP 5.x Delphi sample? This demostrates more functions (including filtering, convoltion, distance). I hope it is possible to add everythink you need additionally just by loking at that sample.
