Problem in Activating Intel C Compiler tool in Eclipse JUNO IDE

Hi,

I have installed Intel System Studio in Ubuntu 12.04 and it is  integerated with  Eclipse juno IDE . Iam trying to compile the code which consist of both C and C++ files.Among all files, C++ file is compiling without  any  Error . But in case of C files,Iam facing problems(Errors in code). I could not resolve it. These C files are compiled in GCC compiler without any issue. Is there any issue with the compiler?  or issue in my code? 

Vtune Amplifier 2015 remote SSH, attach to process problem

I'm working with the vtune amplifier graphic user interface, and when i try to run all of the Software analysis type(Basic Hotspots, Locks&waits, concurrency) the vtune remains blocked collecting the results and never finish. I can take all the hardware analysis without any problem(Advanced Hotspots, etc...), so my question is if anyone can give to me some ideas about what kind of thing maybe i'm doing wrong.

Host machine: Red Hat 6.6 with the system studio 2015 installed.

Target machine: Wind River Linux 6 with the drivers of vtune installed.

Performance profiling of real-time applications on Linux targets with RT kernel

Performance profiling on real-time systems is challenging. Profiling tools collectors have to deal with existing of higher priority tasks, task preemption, in-kernel locking primitives, and rtmutexes in the Linux environment with RT parches. It means that the profiling collector itself can be preempted from execution by a higher priority task, which might brake all the measurements accuracy and structure. Even worse, interrupt handlers that are widely used for low level hardware-based collectors are converted into preemptible kernel threads which adds an extra complexity.
