OSCON 2010 Call For Participation Deadline on February 1

I am excited that the O'Reilly Open Source Convention (OSCON) is coming back Portland, Oregon for July 19 - 23. While it may seem a little early to be thinking about OSCON, you only have until February 1 to submit a proposal if you want to speak at the event. They are looking for a wide variety of topics in tracks ranging from open source programming languages (Perl, PHP, Python, Ruby), databases, cloud computing, government, mobile and more.

Last year, there were quite a few Intel speakers at OSCON: Paul Cooper, Dirk Hohndel and Chris Lord to name just a few. There were also a bunch of videos of open source chalk talks recorded in the Intel booth at OSCON covering Moblin, OpenSolaris, Mono, Canonical, and more.

Don't forget to submit your proposal now if you want to speak at OSCON in 2010!
