Advice on tuning Windows Server 2003 for high-performance computing?

Hi,

I have a Dell 2U 2850 with dual 3.6 GHz Xeon EM64T processors.

I had to install Windows 2003 Server (as opposed to Windows XP) because of support for the built-in RAID controller.

Does anyone have any advice on what I can do to make Windows 2003 Server Standard give me as much of the computer (processors, memory, etc.) as possible?

My app is a console program that does floating point signal processing.

THANKS!
John
