suitability of projects using XNA

Hi, We are working with a number of developers who have created game apps using the Microsft XNA libraries and are wondering if these would be suitable for submission to this program? Any particular considerations we should be aware of? For normal PC releases we are ensuring that our installers include the xna framework redist and the .net 2.5 framework redist - am i correct in asuming that .net framework will already be present through the store? I recommend that you wait till a .NET SDK will be published from our side.
In the moment we only accept C/C++ software.
