The last column shows which environment variables are used by the Microsoft* Visual C++* or Intel® C++ Compiler to find these subdirectories.

CAUTION

Ensure that the relevant product directories are mentioned by the environment variables; otherwise the compiler might not find the required files.

Note

Microsoft* C/C++ run-time libraries come in static and dynamic forms. Either can be used with Intel TBB. Linking to the Intel TBB library is always dynamic.

CAUTION

Starting with Intel TBB 2017, Intel TBB samples for Windows* OS are distributed separately from the library and are available at http://software.intel.com/en-us/product-code-samples as a standalone package or as a part of the Intel® Parallel Studio XE or Intel® System Studio Online Samples packages.
