IPP 9.4 cant find it

I'm facing a problem that may be of mine wrong doing so i would like some help.

I am developing an SGX application and i wanted to try the RemoteAttestationSample, following the installation guide i reached the section to download the IPP and Cryptography IPP. Unfortunately(this is my fault) after registering i downloaded and installed the 2017 Update 1 version of both IPP and CIPP. After failing to find why the Client Side of the Sample wasn't working i noticed that i needed the 9.xx versions.
I did the following:

IPP Scaling - YCbCr BT.601 to BT.709 and vice-versa

I'm interested in using Intel's IPP to do some (basic) digital video processing.  In particular, I am interested in being able to:

  • Upscale BT.601 SD to BT.709 HD (YCbCr)
  • Downscale BT.709 to BT.601 SD (YCbCr)

Having read/studied the available online documentation, I cannot see how this can be achieved. Does this conversion require a 2-step process by namely first scaling and then using another operation to perform a colorspace conversion or would I be able to scale while performing on-the-fly colorspace conversion.

Call to ippsSortDescend_32f_I api hangs/doesnt return

Hello Folks,

My application uses IPP library. I am currently using, IPP library version 6.1.6. Due to some customer requirements I cannot upgrade my IPP library to later versions.

I am seeing a weird behaviour where in a call to ippsSortDescend_32f_I api doesn't return/hangs. This occurs intermittently(like 2 out of 10 runs). I see this non-responsive behaviour on Linux & Mac(Haven't tried on Windows).

Missing Documentation for Integration Wrappers

On Chao Y's webpage for the IPP Integration Wrappers, section 2.1 says:

"Getting Started instructions are provided in the Integration Wrappers Developer Guide and Reference.  You can find this document the following folder available after you install the Intel® IPP Integration Wrappers Preview package: /interfaces/integration_wrappers."

However, this does not appear to be the case, at least for the Linux or Mac packages.  The Developer Guide and Reference is actually missing from these packages.
