Open Source in Space

With the recent celebration of the 40th anniversary of the first human being to walk on the moon, I've been spending more time than normal thinking about NASA and the space program. To celebrate this anniversary, the code for the Apollo guidance computers has been released as open source. This release led Matthew Aslett to suggest a collaborative open source effort to send more people to the moon.

white space requirement between macro name and replacement text

In the definition of an object-like macro, C99 and C++0x require that the replacement text be separated from the macro name by white space. The Intel ® Compiler will check this requirement and will issue appropriate warning accordingly.
