Announcing new Beta version of the Intel® SDK for OpenCL™ Applications 2014

The Intel® SDK for OpenCL™ Applications 2014 Beta extends the already supported Windows* operating systems with the Android*OS support. Comparing to the Intel® SDK for OpenCL™ Applications 2013 version, this new 2014 Beta software brings the following new features and capabilities:

详解 HTML5 新特性

HTML5已经火了一段时间了,相信作为web相关开发工程师,肯定或多或少的了解和尝试过一些HTML5的特性和编程。还记得以前我们介绍过的HTML5新标签。 作为未来前端开发技术的潮流和风向标,HTML5绝对不容忽视。

在今天这篇技术分享文章中,我们将介绍几个HTML5的重要特性,能够帮助你提高整个web应用的使用体验和开发效率,相信大家会感兴趣的!

 

特性一:正则表达式相信大家都会非常喜欢这个特性,无须服务器端的检测,使用浏览器的本地功能就可以帮助你判断电子邮件的格式,URL,或者是电话格式,防止用户输入错误的信息,通过使用HTML5的pattern属性,我们可以很方便的整合这个功能,代码如下:

特性二:数据列表元素在没有HTML5的日子里,我们会选择使用一些JS或者知名的jQuery UI来实现自动补齐的功能,而在HTML5中,我们可以直接使用datalist元素,如下:

Intel(R) Xeon Phi(tm) Coprocessor -- Cluster training - call for demand!

Intel is evaluating to offer a 4 hour web-based basic tutorial covering the fundamental principles of how to integrate an Intel Xeon Phi coprocessor into a Linux based cluster.

During the course each attendant would have remote access to a Linux server and be able to do each step as shown in the outline below.  The course will be given free of charge. Requirements are an Internet connection, a web browser, and Putty.   We are settling on the sharing technology we will be using, and will publish that at a later date.

Invitation to evaluate Intel® MKL Sparse Matrix Vector Multiply Format Prototype Package for Intel® Xeon Phi™ coprocessors

We are seeking interested parties to evaluate Intel® MKL SpMV Format Prototype Package for Intel® Xeon Phi™ coprocessors. Sparse Matrix Vector Multiply (SpMV) is an important operation in many scientific applications, and its performance can be a critical part of overall application performance. On Intel® Xeon Phi™ coprocessors, Intel® MKL 11.0 and later provide highly-tuned SpMV kernels for the compressed sparse row (CSR) sparse matrix storage format.

New Tools: Simple Performance Tools for the Intel® Xeon® processor line and the Intel® Xeon Phi™ coprocessor

Larry Meadows from Intel Corporation has developed two simple tools for the Intel® Xeon® processor line as well as the Intel® Xeon Phi™ coprocessor that allow a user to determine how well their application is using the machine.

Rilasciata la versione R5 di Intel Perceptual Computing

E’ stata rilasciata ieri la versione R5 dell’SDK di Intel Perceptual Computing.

In questa verisone sono presenti delle ottimizzazioni e alcune nuove funzionalità nelle classi UtilCapture e UtilMPipeline per l’accesso diretto ai formati delle immagini e alle proprietà dei device.

Introduzione a Intel Perceptual Computing SDK: Face Recognition - Parte 2

In questa seconda parte vedremo le funzioni messe a disposizione dall' Intel Perceptual Cumputing SDK per memorizzare in maniera permanente i modelli di face recognition.

Nella prima parte abbiamo visto come riuscire a creare un modello e ad utilizzarlo per verificare che tale modello appartenga o meno ad un insieme di modelli che consideriamo validi.
